  I can't speak highly enough of the crew at EFM. I had such a poor attitude towards my health before starting here. I've started and dropped out of so many gyms over the years it's so nice to find somewhere that works for me. The trainers couldn't be more helpful and I've achieved more here in the last 2 years than I did in the previous 10. Good stuff.
