Im sorry you weren't fully happy, but the vehicle was covered in red dust, which was not incorporate on the original quote with the estimated time expected. I would normally charge extra for but didnt, you had inspected the vehicle before paying me, and seemed happy with my work before I had left. I would have happily fixed anything you weren't happy with before leaving but since you were rushing me me, due to a lunch date Extra time was due to additional services that you wished to add on top of the original quote.Sheila

Graeme followed up with calls and text messages and emails.He bent over backwards to be flexible with time. He removed the awful milk stains and mould growing in bottom of the car and sticky sweet stains from the middle console.
