Any contractor you have do work in your home or business etc should be insured. We are insured with CGU Insurance for $20,000,000.00 to cover any accident should it arise.  Yes we do guarantee our work. Talk to Stefano regarding this

What do you like most about your job?

Customer satisfaction is wonderful. To see the beginning product & to see the look of excitement & relief on the customers face when we hand over the finished product is a great reward. When they realise that the time we have taken & the money they have spent was worth every bit of it.

Ask if insured, licensed & how long in business. Don't be afraid to ask to see qualification. See if they have any client references. Do they guarantee their work.

30 + years experience! licensed, insured! enviro painters. We go to a clients property to view work to be carried out, we just don't guess over the phone as some do. This provides for an accurate price which benefits both parties.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Wether they want just a quick fix or a long term quality paint job completed. Some customers are looking to sell therefore only want a quick tidy up. That's fine and we appreciate why they want this. We like to give the best product possible as we take pride in our work and our name is on the painting job but the customer gets what the customer wants to pay for.  A quality job will last many many years & the improvement on a property will increase the value of a property sometimes by 10 percent or more we have been told by real estate businesses.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

To save money on a job you can first of all if you like, remove all pictures, hooks etc from the walls but only if you want as we can do this if you like. We take photos of the room before we paint so we replace any hooks, photos or pictures exactly where they were before.  You can remove furniture if you like but it is the same as pictures, we take photos of where your furniture was & replace when finished. We are pleased to help where we can.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We give you a written quote first of all. Then when job completed you are given an invoice. Usually a client pays us on completion of the job in either, cheque, cash or direct debit into our account.

We have experience & training in all aspects of painting & decorating.  Industrial, commercial, residential, heritage, decorative, gold leaf. Enviro painting accredited.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Have been painting since 1984. All tradesmen are qualified either through doing apprenticeship or on the job training for over 4 years. Have had training in OHS&E. Which is a white card showing that you have had specialised training about occupational health & safety also safety for the environment. How to dispose of paints & chemicals safely for the planet.
