  I would have given him 5 star but he was not here on the day with his team member. I asked repeatedly to his team to cut timber according to the length of my deck but the did not resulting few mm short at one end which I can live with. I also asked them to remove the rotten deck support before putting the new one. But they didn’t. They nailed new decking support to the old one and then removed the old old one after asking resulting damage to the timber (I need to put filler to those damaged areas before colour). My advice to him to ask his team to listen to the customers and address those accordingly. They rushed too much resulting them to come back and finish the job. Overall Luke is a nice guy and knowledgeable. If he does the job he will get 5 star. Luke, please always ask your team members (if you are not there) to listen to the customers and address the issue. I thank Luke doing my job in the short period of time. I recommend him.

  Luke and his team did a fantastic job rebuilding our pool deck. It was a slightly tricky job involving lots of uneven surfaces and levels, but Luke found a neat solution to all the challenges. I can happily recommend Bca for this type of work.

  Luke and his team were very professional and love their work. Explained the process and produced an amazing deck. We are very happy with the craftsmanship and love the end product. Would definitely recommend them.
