I got into this area of work by pure chance, I started work in an accounts deaprtment in a temporary capacity and found that I loved the work and continued to work in the area every since.

In order to provide an accurate quote we need the following information: 1. How big is the business, how many employees do they have? 2. What tasks are required? Such as running payroll and its frequency, making payments, issuing invoices, entering in purchases, reconciling accounts, chasing up debtors 3. The frequency of the services? i.e. Weekly, Monthly etc 4. Is the services required on-site or off-site

In order to save money:  1. Make sure your paperwork is tidy and ready to be handed over.  2. Confirm what software that you are currently using. 3. Where possible have your invoices and receipts on electronic format. 4. For the first time be available for any questions. 5. Set up / be setting up bank feeds, cuts down on data entry time.

Clients are charged by the hour, there is no minimum charge. Clients are only charged for the time it takes for the Accounting and Administration work to be complete. The client has the same person every time.
