Maria bought a property to renovate the brick work had significantly deteriorated and large cracks , some up to an inch wide had formed in the external walls. Architectural rendering conducted remedial works to the brick work first applying fillers mesh and bond.  An Acrylic Sandflex render system was applied and the results were amazing!
