  In my experience, Akira is courteous. But that where his abilities cease. I hired him on 31st of May 2019, but he could not get plans that could be approved by the Council or CDC. I had to spend 10s of hours trying to work through with him without success. Finally I had to give up on Akira by Christmas 2019. He also made me spend the $1000 on structural drawings on the plans that couldn't have approved by any council or CDC. I did ask him to refund me some money but he refused and stopped picking up his phone. I had been more courteous and patient with him. I feel cheated big time and writing this review in hope that someone else is saved. Just for records I paid him promptly , that perhaps was a mistake.
