How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Have been an elite athlete in past sports. Was heavily into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA before entering the gym business. Ended up owning an MMA gym, sold my shares, then went out into strength & conditioning on my own. Was successful. Expanded. Now we are unstoppable!

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Have turned a 260kg man who could not get up off the floor into a lifting/cardio machine over a period of 2 years. In this time he shed over 120kg's.  Have trained a woman with chronic anxiety; not only into fitness, but back into believeing herself. At first she could not even get out of her car. Have trained a woman with Transverse Myelitis (a rare condition), who had lost complete feeling in her legs; to run, walk and jump again. She is now seeing unprecedented results and recovery for such a complex and hard to combat condition. After a doctor told her she would never exercise again, we proved him wrong.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Make sure you trainer is not some TAFE cowboy, who considers themself an expert after doing a 3 month course at some sort of half-baked college. Also, it is good to know if your trainer has been, or is currently a serious athlete. Experience, sincerity and REAL schooling (tertiary), or an internship in a noted gym make all the difference. BEWARE OF THE SHARKS in your area; the fitness industry is flooded with fakes, and most of them are completely out of their depth training people back to fitness, or in planning out and executing goals that are effective for your long term health. Yet they will happily take your money.  We pride ourselves on being legitimate experts. You will get no better online training - we promise you.

Q: Do I need to be fit to start 'Functional' Training/Personal Training with you guys? A: Absolutely not. We specialise in making unfit people fit, and nothing you have going on will even phase us. We have dealt with EVERY type of client, and we turn normal people into athletes. You will NOT be judged in our online community, as we welcome everyone.

We take a true interest in our clients health, and we actually DO care. It's not all about the money for us. We take our clients care, wellbeing and comfort exceptionally seriously. We also follow an honesty and honor code often forgotten in our industry.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

You can save money by getting your first 12 sessions out of the way, then having our 'Honor Rate' applied - which is $45 per session. Also, if you have multiple people in your group, we apply a 5% discount per person - once you have done your initial 12 sessions each and signed up to a direct debit or paid an up front plan exceeding 1 month. Max 4 people per group.

We have an exceptionally wide range of prices on offer, and then we have an unlisted 'loyalty' price - well below standard rates - for all clients that do 12 or more sessions.
