Always make the customer happy, being at the job on time and always punctual  and so trustworthy all my clients have always left there key in there letterbox for me to open up and close up after I have finished doing the job. I am always honest with the job when I quote the customer e.g. if a room doesn't d need painting I tell the customer but at the end of the day its up to the customer if they still want me to paint it.

You don't always need to choose the most expensive paints. There are good quality paints in the market that are cheaper. All the customer needs to do is ask.
