I wish to locate this on the outside of the balcony wall, which is about 10 meters further away. I am on the strata committee and other tenants in our block wish to relocate their A/C outdoor units that have been installed on their balconies as we are enclosing our balconies with Plantation shutters so don't want the outdoor A/C unit blowing hot air when we enclose the balcony.
