Great communication. Very professional. My A/C just stopped working and while it was easy enough to purchase a new a/c finding someone to install asap was a huge problem with wait times of 6+ weeks. I have very limited lung function and humidity affects my breathing. When I explained my situation, QUG responded that they would do the job the next day as a priority. I could not be more thankful for their assistance. Highly recommend.Alan
