Anmar initially came for a general service and inspection of 2 Carrier Split Systems, which were 20 years old. Having just purchased the property he recommended having them replaced, which I did and upgraded them both to Daikins. Anmar and I agreed to an early Saturday morning start, fortunately for me I slept in and kept Anmar and his team waiting for an hour - I was profusely apologetic and Anmar was polite and jovial about it.
