  Karl responded the same day I put my job out and he was available to do the job the very next day. He arrived my home the next morning as agreed and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. My air-conditioning now works well and just in time for the coming warm days ahead!

  Very dodgy business, PLEASE AVOID! I trusted to these reviews and decided to order an aircon to Karl. I transferred $5500 deposit on April 2021 to install new ducted system, initial timeline was about one week but, after delaying the installation with making different excuses and so many false promises more than one month , Karl offered a full refund and then not anwerring the calls/emails/messages and not returning my deposit back, I finally submitted a formal complaint to Fair Trade NSW. Weather is freezing in Sydney, I was hoping for a fast and professional service which turned out totally the opposite, and because of that my whole family suffer having cold and being sick in this COVID situation.
