I engaged ComX to provide me with an e-commerce website, and the planning and development commenced in the first week of August. There was considerable content to upload and multiple changes of direction made by me so it’s taken approximately 7 weeks to have the site completed and made live, and I’m delighted with the result. There were times I had to be patient, but I believe this and showing courtesy and respect, made working with the company a productive and relatively stress free experience. I negotiated a very fair price with Dan, with Suzy being my primary contact and web designer. Suzy provided excellent service and support and continues to be available for advice and assistance post going live. Whilst I made numerous changes along the way, at no time was there any pressure to go live until I was completely satisfied with the end result. Suzy is great at maintaining contact, and her response times to complete updates and changes was more than satisfactory. As for value for money, I don’t believe I’d have received anything superior if I’d paid 4 times as much. If all the designers are as competent and helpful as Suzy I would highly recommend ComX.- Featured
