16 Nov 2025Location: Kardinya, WAJob Description: i dont have any isssues with my 40 yrs old roof until i order a roof cleaning ans they broke some cement under 3 pieces of ridge capping and water came into the ceiling in that area while they keep on pressure washing. went up the roof on the second day and notice the roof tiles under that section have s;ide down by around 80 mm towards the gutters . then the rest of the rigged ca[pping can easily lift up and some of the tile are only sitting half way on the roof batten in that area. was told need to replace the baten n relay the tile and suggest that i should replace the whole roof if possible. its a hugh amount that i cannot afford at this stage . just hope reapair work can be done as the roof was intact in the last storm. desperately need expert advice on this .Roofing service required: Fix sagging roof | Type of roof: Tiles | Type of building: Single-level home - Roofing job
