06 Sep 2024Location: North Melbourne, VICJob Description: I have a propriety in North Melbourne and have a leak in the old lean to and would like to refurb the roof. Given that the sheeting is in good condition. I like to at least: The roof area is only 3mx5m. I would like to: -remove the old nails and replace them with screws and rubber washers. -general clean of the guttering. -replace 3m flashing adjoining the main part of the house. -sealing of the existing flashing along the ridge parapet of the building. -general sealant where it is believed to be required.Roofing service required: Fix leaking water | Type of roof: Steel / metal / colourbond | Type of building: Single-level home
