Location: Willetton, WAJob Description: Several leaks in a 1986 built tiled roof house. Majority of gutters were replaced 2021. Patio installed approximately 2019. It appears that most of the leaks are into the eaves, verandah and carport at present. 1. Leaking at the front door near the verandah light. 2. Water leaking into the carport ceiling with some sagging noted. 3. Ceiling wet in the ensuite. 4. Leak into the eaves north west corner of house. 6. Eaves wet outside toilet window. 7. Drip outside side door from gutter corner. 8. Possible leak outside back door. In addition, lowest point of front gutter is not near downpipes and needs a spout.
