Location: Glenroy, VICJob Description: Please refer to attachments (3 pages) which will explain everything. We need some small alterations done to an existing roof at a house in Glenroy. The insurance company has requested that this work be undertaken. The existing porch roof is non-compliant; Box gutter is too small, no overflow, etc. My solution would be to do a new larger box gutter running to a new colorbond rainwater head with overflow which connects to an existing downpipe - See drawings & photos attached. Happy to be guided on solutions, but all work must be compliant and undertaken by a registered roof plumber as it is for insurance.
