Great experience overall. The first communication was troubling, because their phone system was broken for a day or so, but Jehff was super friendly once we got to talk. The two guys I ordered appeared just in time (got promised 1-3pm and they appeared at 3pm), were very motivated, careful, strong, communicative and friendly. Despite coming from a 6h move (we had a little chat), they didn't slow down or take a break for even a minute. I estimated the move to take about 3h (one bedroom) and they finished it 10min earlier. I was asked to pay over the phone once the job was 100% done and I paid exactly what I was quoted - with a protective wraps around my mattress and TV all inclusive.
