Moving house is usually a horrible experience, but Rafa & Murilo were friendly with a positive, can-do attitude which helped it all go as well as possible, and Felisha kept in contact before, during and after the move to make sure everything went okay. The final cost came in significantly above the quote, but that wasn't really a surprise as I thought the original estimate of 4 hours was a little too optimistic for the amount of gear I had in a two-storey terrace. OK, some background for us: we were really stressed out before the move especially because we had a particularly bad experience in the past with a movers' company that worked very slowly and had extra charges (like petrol!?!?) on a contract we didn't have much time to read and sign. These guys were such a breath of fresh air! They came exactly on time. They were so fast. They didn't take any breaks and the charges were exactly as they had said. I even asked for a contract way in advance so that I could have time to look over it and it was clear as day. They aren't native speakers but they could understand all our instructions and were very polite. I was really impressed by one young man who bubble wrapped one of our mirrors without being asked!
