I believe his name was Chris (lovely man from Northern England) arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very efficient, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and dealt with it. My only complaint was that we were quoted $97 per hour, and it ended up costing us $147 with the call out fee (which was not quoted in the initial phone call). Chris offered straight away to call the receptionist, but we decided not to bother (it was our landlord's money anyways, haha).
