Extremely happy with the service provided by Natalie (Office Manager) and Plumbers Marvin and Paul. The leaking pipe in our garden was a more complex problem than first thought which was most unfortunate. But I was always consulted and given alternative options on how to best manage the issue. As the job progressed, I was kept up to date and given detailed advice with unexpected problems that arose. I was also kept in the loop about the time of arrival, if they were running late and time the job would take to complete, very important when both water and gas services had to be turned off as it may have impacted upon those who live at home. It was refreshing to have tradespeople who took the time to explain, suggested options to reduce cost, always arrived when they said they would, and has also offered advice and assistance where the water supplier is concerned for me to seek possible compensation on water bill.
