After speaking to 4 plumber I got Flo Plumbing on the phone and got the instant feeing that this would be the company to work with. The initial call to his office was answered by a very friendly professional voice that assured me that I would be looked after. Franco was sent out on that same day. The way that he explained thing to me and put my worries at ease, is something that I did not not get from any other plumber. He could have easily fooled us and and charger us the earth but to our surprise he managed to salvage some work and in turn saved me a lot of money.
