Deserves 10 stars! The most honest and conscientious plumbers I have ever met. Explain everything. No jargons. Adam even answered my text at 10pm by calling me to address my concerns. Plumbers with a heart! I thought all plumbers are “the same.” But no they are one of a kind. They know the job very well and does it professionally. No complaints. They price very reasonably. They are not sharks like others. One shark quoted me $6k for the same job Rhino quoted me for just $1500. Can u believe that?! And for less than $4k, they fixed my sewer pipes, fixed two locations of stormwater pipes, removed blockage, installed new storm pit, jetblasting camera and not to mention cutting on concrete, digging about 2m! Arrived on time! Did as they said. Worked the whole day! Reconcreted and removed trade waste. Cleaned up! They only took short breaks. Very dedicated to their job. Finished in one day. Special thanks to Marc and Richie plus this other also cute guy who turned up later to help them. Very polite and friendly people. Dont judge how young or old they are. They know their job very well and patient enough to explain them to you. People dont call anyone else. Good people still exist. He assessed the job and obtained a suitable cartridge for a shower mixer from his supplier and finished the job. The fact t was a cartridge replacement made the price higher around 10%.
