James was very flexible time-wise - willing to meet with our family at 4.30 on a Sunday afternoon. The large number of shots James was willing to take means we have a number of 'frameable' shots of our large group to work with. The added shots from the drone were appreciated. I understand the direction James gave us not to look at the drone, however in hindsight I think if we had all looked up for at least one of the high shots & interacted with the drone it would have personalised things more.
