Jason responded to my less-than-ideal review below with outstanding customer service. He totally owned the poor follow-up ( a mix up due to a new staff member or computer system, can't remember which) and sincerely apologised in a phone call and a subsequent text message. He went above and beyond in offering some compensation to make up for my not-so-great second half experience of his business.
