Location: Butler, WAJob Description: I changing the old ceiling chrome-look halogen diwnlights to white led downlights so can do this before or after painting is completed, based on painter preference. The job is a small 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit, high ceilings. The current wall paint condition is good, with some minor corner cornice cracking that will need to be repaired and 1 ceiling crack as pictured from a corner of a ceiling vent. The bathroom ceiling also has an old water stain from an old roof leak and a weird discolouration above the shower.
