Bob helped a lot with our house painting job. This was just an interior paint….We still need to book him in for exteriors, cabinets & roof. so we haven't actually used his full service yet but he seemed to really know his stuff about painting, what type of paint to use, what colours etc and has the knowledge and experience to back it up. Charmaine &Brad here we hied the fellows at Dwelling services they weren’t the cheapest quote but they were well worth it .Very jovial excellent job clean workers perfectionist .checked it properly before leaving house done in 4 days love it.

I was initially quoted $250 based on information in scope of job as advertised which indicated front face of house roof and verandah roof required painting along with facure area between verandah and house roof. I was told by the painter that 10 litres of paint for roof would be required. I estimated area of roof to be painted as approx. 36 square metres. I purchased 4 litres of paint which was specified as having a coverage of 16 sq. metres per litre. When person arrived on Friday 4 Sept. to start job he said he did not realize the roof required painting and that two men would be required which would mean the price would rise and he would return after the weekend. They could not start work for several days due to forecast rain then turned up unannounced on Thursday 10 Sept. I was told the 4 litres of paint was insufficient. Although some paint was wasted due to the wind blowing lightly during spraying there was still plenty of paint to complete the job. The painter was reluctant to go over parts of the roof where coverage was poor but reluctantly fixed those parts by putting a brush on a long stick. He kept asking me if the job was now OK and that his assistant could not stay up there any longer as he was not good at heights and had a young family. After starting work at 9:00 am and having a short lunch break they were finished and gone by 1:30 pm. There was still paint left over!
