The initial quote was very competitive, and because Dawood had such a commitment to getting the job done properly, he did three coats of paint, instead of the initial two quoted, to make sure that the initial darker colour could not be seen through, without charging more. I got a real sense that his primary concern was that the finished job looked fantastic, regardless of whether he had to do a few extra things which weren't included in the quote.
