I highly recommend hiring Dave!!! Dave was really great, he paid terrific attention to detail and was able to go out of his way to pick up the keys from the real estate. While working, he pointed out potential repairs and has been back to touch up the paint after the carpet installation I was doing. I received plenty of before and after photos which really show the quality of the work and he did it in a timely manner with updates along the way.
