The apartment is approximately 80-90 square meters internally. There is a 6 metre porch at the front that needs to be cleaned and painted over oil stained timber. There are 3 large sliding metal doors that need to be painted inside and outside. There are 8 windows that need to be painted inside and outside. The eaves need to be painted on the outside using a scaffold. It is a 2 storey house. The stair walls need to be painted and a scaffold will be required. The back deck ceiling is wooden and is approximately 3 metres x 6 metres. The timber needs to be cleaned. There is a railing around the porch that is stained with oil and needs to be painted. The 8 doors inside need to be painted.
