Fantastic! Patrick is your guy. We were a very difficult situation - when the original cleaners we hired tried to rip us off, we asked them to leave. (If you're searching for a vacate cleaner, be very careful - this is a scam many companies try and pull, knowing you are in a critical situation) This was a vacate clean on a large house and it was the day of the vacate; we were desperate. Patrick told me not to worry, he would take care of everything - and he certainly did. He took away all of the stress and did a perfect job under some very difficult conditions.
