Mac and his team took on a very big and complicated job that spanned several months both in the from yard, the rear yard and highly complicated landscaping around our inground concrete pool. Mac was always professional, always took my calls and addressed any concerns I had during the several months we worked with him on this project quickly and decisively at all times. His billing was transparent and he bent over backwards to stick to his quoted budget despite our job being so complicated and involving multiple contractors. I would recommend him to others.

Job Description: I'm hoping to get a lawn laid at my unit in Preston in spring. Im hoping for a rough quote for how much it would cost to prep, lay turf and install a simple timer sprinkler system that waters both the grass and flower beds in my small front yard. The area gets a fair bit of sun and I would want something hardy / low maintenance like Sir Walter Buffalo. Have tried a couple of times to bring the lawn back with seeds but had problems with weeds and it dying in summer. My rough measurements are it is about 20m2 of grass, but likely a big more grass needed for offcuts due to the unusual shape. You can get an idea from the photos and floor plan attached. Let me know if thats sufficient for an estimate. Cheers Sean
