Many years ago we purchased a 1950’s cream brick farm house in the hills outside Melbourne. The house was dated and the three acres of gardens overgrown and un-landscaped. It presented a challenging and ongoing project. On the recommendation of friends, we approached James Caink for advice on how to proceed with our dated and neglected property. Since that time, we have maintained a long association with James and call on him for each project. The results have been stunning.
