The layout consists of a tiered design: starting from council land, followed by a retaining wall, a flat section, another retaining wall, and then the top flat area, which wed like to align with the existing grass level near the side gate. Considering our house setback is 4.5m, I assume from the path to our garage is 4.5m. In the future, we plan to fill the flat sections with pebbles. We are looking for a professional to assist with installing the sleepers.
