02 Apr 2024Location: The Entrance, NSWJob Description: New front door with smart lock;Air conditioning unit in main area and fans in bedrooms;New smart TV and possibly hang it off the wall; - Bedrooms - replace all beds and mattresses and bedside tables - Repaint the whole apartment and apply anti mould treatment if possible. There have been some complaints with mould in the lower unit 4. This has been extensively treated by a mould company. It appears because the unit was vacant for so long it didn't get great ventilation. Maybe we could have some dehumidifiers or ventilation grill in door?
