Replacement of internals of switch (we still have the external coverit's the internal that needs replacement; part required). 2. Hinge coming loose (the cupboard doesn't have enough material to hold the screw). 3. Hinge loose (the door doesn't have enough material to hold the screw). Missing the required screw. 4. Leaking pipe; potentially some water-damage. Not exactly sure what's loose here, but over time, water pools up, which seems behind the backboard. Unsure as to the extent of the damage here and what kind of work might need to be done. 5. Sink fixture (including sink) falling off the wall.
