Location: Gladesville, NSWJob Description: As per my details... 1. Section of material under the eaves (between guttering and the brick exterior) just fell down. It looks broken but needs to be put back up (maybe nailed or glued Ive no idea). 2. Bedroom window flyscreen is torn. Needs to be replaced. 3. Bathroom window, fairly new but the winding handle is stuck so the window cannot be opened. It is stuck in closed position right now so it seems to be the opening turn (perhaps clockwise???) that is stuck. There is a metal 'thing' that winds out or in to open & close. Suspect it is corroded or stuck somehow. Not sure how long these jobs are, guessing half a day.Project type: General handyman hire, or multiple jobs | Type of work: Repairs | Work focus: 1. Fly screen needs replacing for a bedroom window. 2. Under the eaves a piece fell off & needs putting back up (requires a long ladder as house is tall) 3. Bathroom window has a winding mechanism to open/close but it is jammed.
