Location: Seaford, VICJob Description: Hi, Looking to get 3 bedrooms with BIR's, One open plan kitchen/lounge and a second lounge. Size 120.252 including 10%. Skirting boards will also need removing and replacement. I will remove carpet and underlay except kitchen which has wood flooring to be replaced, unsure if I can remove myself, depending on length of wood and if need a forklift/truck crane I also have a friend with a truck license that may deliver if helps save money. Concrete slab house built 1998. Photo's of rooms are attached. The kitchen has some odd edges and kick board will need to be removed and put back on but the rest of it is quite square shaped. Also the kitchen/entrance to bathroom/toilet and laundry are the same material and flush so will need advice on how to make this look good or if worth replacing it with another hybrid product at the same time just different pattern.? I would like a quote for both hybrid and wood, supply and install separate please. I get the keys for the house and would like the work to start on the 12/8 but will do a pre inspection a week before so someone can come for final check then if need be. It does have a double lock up garage if flooring needs to be stored.
