Excellent Service from Start to Finish We couldn't be happier with the flooring installation and the exceptional service we received throughout the entire process. The team did a fantastic job with the installation, and their communication was excellent every step of the way. We were quite indecisive about choosing the right floor type and colour, but they were incredibly patient with us. They welcomed multiple visits to their showroom and even went the extra mile by personally dropping off samples to our home so we could see them in situ. What really impressed us was their flexibility – they were able to accommodate our specific installation dates just prior to Christmas, which was crucial for our timeline. Highly recommend their professionalism, quality of work, and customer-first approach!
