There is no fence currently, a couple panels of old fibro fence are still left standing, Property: it is 8 Kathleen Road, Lesmurdie. Currently tenanted. Contact me and I can send you a mud map showing what we would like! Details: We would like to remove the two small remnants of fibro fencing at the front of the property and replace with a new colorbond fence (1080 or we can go with your recommendation). The new fence should stay within the property boundary, it will need access gates on either side of the house and a vehicle gate next to the driveway. Estimate, around 30-34m of fenceline all up. It will need some kind of riser as there is a raised retaining wall section to the left wide of the house. Our aim is to secure the backyard and ensure there is still access for people and cars. If you need access to the property to provide a quote, please contact the tenants first.
