Job Description: Hi I was wondering if you would be able to supply a quote for a total fence and retaining wall replacement in Redbank Plains to a configuration of 27m x 0.4m high HDG retaining wall posts with concrete sleepers and a Colour bond fence 1.8m High x 17m Colour Bond Fencing and Concrete Retainer Remove & dispose of approximately 29m of wooden retaining wall and 17m of wooden fence from the rear boundary to the front of the adjoining properties where existing retaining wall and fence is. Install concrete retaining sleepers and HDG steel posts approximately 700-800mm deep into ground, retaining wall 400mm high Aggie pipe to be installed behind new retaining wall, with a fall towards the front boundary and drainage aggregate to be installed around the pipe, with all surfaces to be reinstated level with the top of the retaining wall. Install approximately 17m of Galvanised posts and railing's with colour Bond steel fence panels 1.8m high from the rear boundary to the rear of the Garage Wall of 59 Cordeaux Cres property, palings & rails 1.8m high on retainer Quote to include all labour, materials, equipment, and disposal of the existing fence and retaining wall materials Please note that the fence cannot be removed / installed without the retaining wall being replaced at the same time Please see attached photos of the existing wall and fence. If access is required to inspect the properties a request from the property managements will be required before this can be carried out. It's not a complex job and should be able to quote from the photos supplied as access to the fence and wall is not a problem from the front of the properties. Please include required lead time for installation if quotation is accepted and works agreed by both owners.
