Location: Morningside, QLDJob Description: Hi there My wife and I have purchased a house at 86 Algoori street Morningside, and are chasing some quotes to have the dilapidated fences on our left and right boundaries replaced, all the way to the front boundary. We are hoping to get separate quotes for the left and right fences respectively, and take them to the neighbours and share the cost. The fence on the left as you look from the street to our property looks like the retaining sleepers are rotting and failing, and so may need to be re-done. And the fence on the right at the front has a large stump next to the fence, which we are organising to have removed prior to the fencing. The property settles on January 25, and we are hoping to have the works commence as soon as possible after this date . If you can't contact me, my wife's number is [Description contains phone number.
