Location: Morley, WAJob Description: My friend have a smart led oyster light installed by a carpenter. One week after it turned into black, not functioning any more. They cannot switch the light by pressing the button on the wall and they thought it may be due to the controller. I set up the app to connect and controlle the light from the smart phone. Even though I successfully paired the light and set it up to be joined to the network, it is still black and no light at all. Issue is not due to the controller side.I suspect the led bulb itself is damaged or broken. I rang to the person who installed the light and was told that it may be due to possible corruption on the power line in the ceiling somewhere and didnot carry enough power to light up.
