Being fully qualified and appropriately insured he was easy to talk to Matt was able to answer any questions I had before I accepted his quote. Whilst his was not the cheapest quote, I had confidence in his ability to perform the work properly and that there would be no ‘hidden’ costs sprung during the upgrade. Throughout the upgrade I observed him working (not much else to do while the electricity was disconnected), never once did he appear to be stumped with what to do next. He was well organized, methodical, setting out all the tools and parts needed for the upgrade before starting work. He worked consistently and whilst he took longer than anticipated to complete all the work, which was due to the state of the existing wiring, he never complained and professionally got on with everything that needed to be done. He routinely cleaned the around area making sure that he had clear access to the switchboard and left the area as clean as he found it before he started.
