About the apartment Unit 2102 is a 2-bedroom, 117m apartment with approximately 20m of northeast-facing covered balcony. The building is a new $400M tower by Total Property Group, interior design by Mim Design. The palette is warm neutrals European oak flooring, Vintage Linen joinery, natural stone and I'm looking for curtains that complement this. Style brief The Mim Design artist impressions show floor-to-ceiling sheer linen drapes in ivory/white, ceiling-mounted recessed track, with generous fabric fullness that falls softly to the floor. This is the exact look I want to replicate. I can share the artist impression images on request. Rooms and estimated window spans (to be confirmed on measure) 1. Living/dining main glazing wall (northeast-facing) Estimated span: ~67m across sliding door + flanking panels Treatment: Sheer linen (ivory/white) on ceiling-mounted recessed track, with a blockout or dim-out layer behind for day privacy when renting 2. Master bedroom balcony sliding door + adjacent window Estimated span: ~3.54m Treatment: Sheer linen on ceiling track + full blockout behind (essential for rental) 3.
