Location: Burwood, VICJob Description: I have entered a contract of sale for a property which has an outdoor pool, I inserted a special condition to the contract of sale which specifically mentioned that the outdoor pool and spa was to be professionally cleaned. After a building inspection there were some references made to issues with water damage to other parts of the property biut the pool was not inspected. I accepted a reduction of $5000 from the property price in exchange for not requiring any more maintenance, but no changes were made to existing conditions of the contract. The vendors are now using this as an excuse to not fix the pool. Attached is a recent photo I took of the pool during the final inspection.
