PENDING MODERATION I had Chris and his team install a perimeter footpath around my rental property in Brookfield on 28 July 2016. If I could give Chris and his team 6 stars I would, right from the outset with quotation, Chris gave me his undivided time to go through everything and describe exactly what he would be doing. Although we were held up because of Melbournes fickle weather, Chris managed to reschedule other jobs to allow my builder to get in and complete the installation of the Hot water Service which was delayed waiting for the paths to be laid. Where many tradies are all to happy to get in on their schedule and leave the place a shambles for the owner to cleanup, Chris and his team took great pride in their work and couldn't do enough to ensure that there were no spills on my rendered walls. In fact they also Gernied up the mess that had been left by our builder. This in itself, for us, was exceptional and much appreciated.
