There is approximately 10 metres of 600mm wide concrete path along one side of the house that has gradually sunk over the past 10 years. Two downpipes run through this section, and the lower stormwater joints are leaking (not fully disconnected but allowing water escape). A structural inspection conducted previously confirmed no structural damage to the house. It is pretty much boxed in already but the grass needs to be cleared the soil needs to be scaped down a little bit. I can go fetch the mesh, I have ute with flatbed.
