An additional 2m x 800mm pad is needed beside it for a water tank. The bottom end of the garage floor will need to be ramped down to the existing ground height (about 400mm drop), estimating a 3m x 1m ramp. Area is currently sloping by about 400mm over 7.7m, but will be formed up and filled to level with sand. May need further professional preparation before reo and chairs installed.
